To open an account on BTE939, you must meet all of the following requirements:
You are required to provide accurate and complete personal information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact information, and any additional information requested for identity verification. BTE939 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, or address at any point and to suspend access to your account until such verification is completed satisfactorily.
Each individual may hold only one account on BTE939. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery process rather than creating a new account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. You must not share your password, allow others to access your account, or permit any third party to use your account for any purpose. BTE939 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure.
You must notify BTE939 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Accounts should be accessed only from personal devices you trust, and players are advised to log out when accessing from shared devices.
One account per person is a strict rule with no exceptions. Bonus balances and winnings from duplicate accounts are forfeit regardless of how the second account was used.
All deposits on BTE939 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

Deposit processing times vary by method — mobile wallet deposits through JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited within minutes, while bank transfers may take longer depending on the originating bank.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to available withdrawal options for that method. Withdrawals are paid in PKR to a registered account in your name. BTE939 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder.
Before processing a withdrawal, BTE939 may require identity and payment verification documents. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering process. Players are encouraged to complete verification early in their account lifetime to avoid delays when withdrawing. Pending verification, withdrawal requests may be held until the process is complete.
Withdrawal processing times vary by method. BTE939 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, but actual funds availability depends on the receiving bank or wallet provider. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be altered, cancelled, or withdrawn except in specific circumstances described in the individual sport's betting rules.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed on the betslip before confirmation. BTE939 reserves the right to adjust stake limits, refuse bets, or restrict markets on specific accounts at its discretion without being required to provide an explanation.
Settlement of bets is based on official results from the relevant governing body or competition organiser. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed as scheduled, specific settlement rules apply per sport and competition type, as detailed in the sports betting rules section of the platform. Generally, unresolved markets in abandoned fixtures are voided and stakes returned. Markets already fully determined before an abandonment are settled on the confirmed result.
In-play betting is available for cricket, football, esports, and selected other sports. Live odds are updated continuously and are subject to suspension during goal events, wickets, or other significant match moments. BTE939 will not be responsible for any perceived loss of opportunity due to market suspension during live play.
Casino games and slot titles on BTE939 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. All slot games display their published Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the statistical average return over a very large number of spins. RTP is a long-term average and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.
Progressive jackpot titles may have a portion of each stake contributed to a shared prize pool. Jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and updated in real time. In the event of a technical failure during a game session, the outcome of interrupted rounds may be determined by the game provider's recovery system, and BTE939 will honour the result produced by that process.
Demo mode is available on selected slot titles for players who wish to try a game before placing real PKR bets. Winnings accumulated in demo mode have no real monetary value and cannot be transferred to real money balance.
BTE939 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. BTE939 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion and begun meeting its requirements prior to any modification will generally be given reasonable notice of any change that materially affects their ability to complete the offer.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BTE939 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

BTE939 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account with or without notice at its sole discretion, particularly where prohibited conduct has been identified, where regulatory requirements necessitate action, or where account activity raises concerns that require investigation.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Where closure is requested, any real money balance at the time of closure will be returned subject to standard withdrawal processing and verification requirements. Bonus balances at the time of voluntary closure are not withdrawable unless the applicable wagering requirements have already been met.
